The Barnes Foundation
Philadelphia museum exhibiting the private art collection of eccentric businessman Dr. Barnes, with world-class impressionist and post-impressionist artworks by Renoir, Matisse, van Gogh, Cezanne, and more. We love this museum and visit anytime we want to feel transported to Paris!

Independence Hall
Visit the original (until 1800) United States Capitol, where the Declaration of Independence and Constitution were adopted. Tour the historic Old City neighborhood, including the Banks of the United States and Benjamin Franklin's House. Don't forget the Liberty Bell across the street!

Philadelphia Museum of Art
Climb the Rocky steps or take a picture with the statue. Even better, head inside for a huge collection of art from all around the world in an incredible building.

Reading Terminal Market
This former train station now houses many food vendors. Check out Philly classics like cheesesteaks, roast pork sandwiches, and Italian pastries.

Restaurants

Many restaurants in Philly are BYOB, so you can bring your own wine or beer. When going out to eat with friends, we like to start dinner with a bottle of Champagne and wine to follow. We highly recommend you do the same! Restaurants in Philly are always busy and we recommend booking a reservation.
